Today brings another opportunity to see some of Africa's most majestic creatures, with a full- day game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park, home to the famous soda-encrusted lake. Stop for lunch at Sarova Lion Hill and dine al fresco in the Flamingo Restaurant, where you can relax and drink in the views of Lake Nakuru. Return to Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge for dinner. BLD Day 21. Lake Naivasha, Masai Mara. Today, drive across the Great Rift Valley to the endless plains of the Masai Mara, famous for its population of leopards, lions and cheetahs. The wide open spaces lend themselves to excellent game viewing, in one of the most well-regarded wildlife reserves in Africa. At certain times of the year, you may see herds of wildebeest, gazelle and zebra travelling to and from the Serengeti in search of food during the Great Migration, and the predators who follow them. After lunch, head out on a game drive. Stay (Three Nights): Masai Mara, Mara Fig Tree Camp. BLD Day 22. Masai Mara. Enhance Your Journey: this morning you might like to experience the Masai Mara from the skies on a magical hot-air balloon ride with breathtaking aerial views (see page 44 for further details). Afterwards, head back to the lodge for a delicious breakfast and a chance to recall all you've just witnessed before heading out on another spectacular afternoon game drive across the Masai Mara's sweeping plains. Keep a close lookout as you are likely to spot wildebeests, elephants, hyenas and the reserve's powerful native big cats, thanks to your expert game driver/tracker. BLD Day 23. Masai Mara. Experience the striking beauty of an African sunrise as you rise early ahead of today's morning game drive and discover the daily rituals of some of Africa's world-renowned wildlife. This afternoon once more brings plenty of opportunities on your game drive, to catch a close-up look at the animals that call the grasslands of the Masai Mara their home. A Taste of Kenya – tonight, delight in an unforgettable bush dinner and experience the flavours of the region. Dine under the African night sky, as you reflect on the day's adventures with your fellow passengers. BLD Day 24. Masai Mara, Nairobi. Farewell the Masai Mara as your journey comes to an end today.
