The quiet plains of Tarangire National Park are home to wildebeest, zebra, buffalo and impala, but are most famous for the annual elephant migration. Watch for these gentle creatures along with a host of other animals on morning and afternoon game drives today. If you're lucky, you may see the unusual dwarf mongoose and gerenuk, though sightings are very rare. BLD Day 19. Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater. Meet the children of a small school in Tanzania before continuing to your lodge, set close to the rim of Ngorongoro Crater. Here, you have the chance to take an optional game drive through Lake Manyara National Park. Watch the sun dip behind the crater walls before dinner this evening.
