58 Day 1. Arrive Berlin. Be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. This evening, enjoy a Welcome Reception. Stay (Three Nights): InterContinental Berlin. Day 2. Berlin. See Berlin's historic sights, including iconic landmarks such as the Reichstag building and the magnificent Brandenburg Gate. Continue to the Berlin State Opera House, and on to see a section of the ruined Berlin Wall. B Day 3. Berlin. Enjoy the entire day at leisure to further explore the sights and sounds of Berlin. Your Travelmarvel Tour Director is always on hand to provide some fantastic suggestions. B Day 4. Berlin, Spreewald, Prague. Departing Berlin, head south to the beautiful Spreewald Biosphere Reserve, where you will enjoy a boat ride along one of the 200 small channels. Alder forests on wetlands and pine forests on sandy dry areas are common here, as you discover landscapes that were formed during the ice-age. Afterwards, traverse by coach through some of Europe's most beautiful landscapes as you make your way to delightful Prague, where you will enjoy the evening at your leisure. Stay (Three Nights): Prague, Grandior Hotel. B Day 5. Prague. Today's exploration commences with a guided tour of the World Heritage-listed Old Town. See the impressive Prague Castle and St Vitus Cathedral, which dominates the skyline. Wander to Charles Bridge and cross the beautiful Vltava River. Finally, arrive in Prague's Old Market Square and stop to browse. A Taste of Prague – visit the monumental Nelahozeves Castle, a regal Renaissance residence set high above the Vltava River. On a guided tour, uncover the aristocratic world of the Lobkowicz family as you enter the Knights Hall that housed royal soirees, then be inspired by the esteemed private art collection. Be treated to a special local wine tasting and savour a tantalising lunch. BL Day 6. Prague. Enjoy a day at leisure to explore this breathtaking city as you choose. Travel by coach towards Nuremberg, passing by some remarkable scenery along the way.
