Embark on a guided tour of the Vatican City. Arrive in beautiful Sorrento. Stay (Two Nights): Sorrento, Hotel Michelangelo. B Day 4. Capri, Sorrento. Cruise across the stunning azure waters to the Isle of Capri. A resort island for Roman emperors, it boasts a wealth of fascinating history. Visit Villa San Michele and the main village of Capri for a locally guided walk. Like a Local – enjoy a drive along the stunning Amalfi Coast before sharing an authentic meal with an Italian family. BD Day 5. Sorrento, Pompeii, San Gimignano. Explore the ruins of ancient Pompeii this morning. Engulfed by the lava from Mt Vesuvius in 79 AD, the site provides a vivid picture of ancient Roman life. Afterwards, travel to San Gimignano.
