B Day 7. Rio de Janeiro. Soak up Rio de Janeiro's unique atmosphere with most of the day at leisure today. In the evening, embark on a romantic sunset cable car ride up to the majestic peak of Sugarloaf Mountain, where sublime views await. A Taste of Rio de Janeiro – later this evening, head to a local restaurant to sample Brazil's national cocktail, the caipirinha, before enjoying a delicious Brazilian BBQ dinner. Fly from Rio de Janeiro to Iguassu Falls, a system of 275 falls on the border of Argentina and Brazil. Experience the majesty of Brazil's World Heritage-listed Iguassu National Park at your leisure. You might like to walk through subtropical rainforest to take in breathtaking panoramic views of the falls. Stay (Two Nights): Iguassu Falls, Mercure Iguazu. BD Day 10. Iguassu Falls. On the Argentinian side of the falls, ride the Rainforest Ecological Train to a series of walkways and viewing points, including one that leads to the 82-metre-high Devil's Throat, one of the most spectacular falls of the region. Today heralds the start of your Peruvian discovery, as you fly from Iguassu Falls to Lima. Travel through Cusco to Chincheros, a city located in the stunning Andean highlands. Like a Local – during a traditional weaving demonstration, see how the colourful materials of South America are created by local people, and learn of their importance in preserving ancient traditions. B Day 13. Sacred Valley. Your Sacred Valley experience begins this morning with a visit to the unique markets of Pisac, a hilltop handicraft village located near various Inca ruins. A Taste of the Sacred Valley – visit the children's project, Munaychay, and enjoy a delicious traditional lunch cooked in a Peruvian earth oven. Your sightseeing in the Sacred Valley then continues with a visit to Ollantaytambo, a town as well as a unique Inca archaeological site.
