The Villa Experience is operated by Travel Impressions, Ltd. Information is accurate at time of printing and is subject to changes, exceptions, cancellation charges and restrictions. All rentals are subject to room taxes, service charges, refundable security deposit and cancellation charges. Charges vary per destination & are normally itemized on the confirmation. Reservation revisions are subject to a $100.00 per person reprocessing fee. Cancellation penalties begin as soon as the booking is confirmed. Cancellations made up until 90 days prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee of 35% of the total rental charge. Reservations cancelled within 90 days of travel are non-refundable. Exceptions to this policy include villa rentals in St Barts, Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta and certain villas in St. John, which are non-refundable at time of deposit. Christmas/New Years bookings are non-refundable at the time of deposit. Villas may not, at anytime be occupied by more guests than contracted for. Incidental charges such as cribs, extra beds, grocery pre-stocking etc., must be paid before leaving the villa, if not they may be subject to additional fees that will be deducted from the security deposit. Telephone charges, utilities (where applicable) are deducted from the security deposit. The security deposit may take up to 90 days to be returned. Separate terms and conditions may be imposed to the reservation of vacation homes by villa owners, management companies or villa distributers. Villa purchasers agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by owners with whom they elect to rent from, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding availability of fares, products, or services.
