Rex has its roots firmly in the bush and
in country Australia. As our tagline boldly
affirms, "Our heart is in the country". Indeed,
Rex is committed to giving back to Australia's regional
communities by supporting worthy charitable causes
and community events.
One such event that Rex has supported for several years
is the famous Parkes Elvis Festival held in the central New
South Wales town in early January. The festival, which was
devised to boost visitor numbers to Parkes during the quiet
time of the year, now attracts visitors from across Australia
and around the world, doubling the population of the town
during the five-day festival period.
It goes without saying that regional Australians have
big hearts and invest great passion into all facets of their
communities. Rex is proud to support such valuable
community contributions through sponsorship and we trust
that our passion for delivering affordable, quality air services
assists in building strong community spirit.
