outtahere the bill perfectly, posing as 'Seacliffe' in Drift. The whole town centre was transformed by film-set designers for major street scenes in the movie. Nannup's main street is where the Kelly brothers opened their first official shop, right across the road from the painfully unhelpful bank. In the film, the local police doggedly park their marked vehicle in front of the store each day, scaring away prospective clients. You can see the store on the corner of Warren Road and Forrest Street. New York-based co-producer Tim Duffy, who was born in Perth and dreamt up the storyline to Drift 20 years ago, says Nannup was ideal: "It has maintained the authentic WA country town feel of the 1960s and 1970s."
