Budapest. Today a tour includes such places as the Fisherman's Bastion, the Royal Palace, Buda Castle and more. Later, visit the Hungarian State Opera House for a tour, a glass of champagne and a private opera recital. Tonight, enjoy the Captain's Gala Welcome Dinner and take in the sparkling lights along the river as your ship departs Budapest and cruises through the city. BLD Day 3. Vienna. Famed for its striking architecture, classical musical and vibrant café culture, Vienna is a delightful place to explore. Enjoy a walking tour of Vienna today, and after dinner, enjoy a private concert at the Neoclassical Albertina Palace. BLD Day 4. Vienna, Freedom of Choice. On your second day in Vienna, perhaps tour Schönbrunn Palace; visit the Fine Arts Museum and the Imperial Treasury; tour the Spanish Riding School and explore the Imperial Crypt; or take an excursion to Bratislava. BLD Day 5. Dürnstein, Freedom of Choice, Melk. In Dürnstein, perhaps enjoy a walking tour and a wine tasting before cruising to Melk, or choose to ride a bicycle along the banks of the Danube River to Melk. In Melk, both groups will then tour Melk Abbey. BLD Day 6. Linz, Freedom of Choice, Passau. From Linz, perhaps travel by coach to Salzburg for a tour of the city's 'Sound of Music' sights or take a day tour to Ceský Krumlov in the Czech Republic. Regensburg is known as one of Germany's best-preserved medieval cities. On arrival here, perhaps take a tour of the city's architectural highlights, or take a bicycle tour to the hillside temple of Walhalla. BLD Day 8. Nuremberg, Freedom of Choice. Today your ship enters the MainDanube Canal and arrives at the highest point of your cruise, 435 metres above sea level. Cross Europe's Continental Divide and arrive in Nuremberg, where you can choose to take a World War II tour or a medieval tour. BLD Day 9. Bamberg. Travel to World Heritagelisted Bamberg, one of the few German cities that wasn't destroyed by bombs during World War II. Here, tour the city's streets, seeing its charming houses and 18th-century mansions. Then, visit a traditional Bamberg Beer Haus and enjoy a local brew compliments of APT, before you continue your cruise on the Main River.BLD Day 10. Würzburg, Freedom of Choice.
